Employees Stay
Where
They Are
Employers want and need to retain the employees they have, more importantly now that we are in a labour crisis. Finding premium employees is one thing but keeping them is a whole other challenge.
Retention needs to be monitored throughout the employee lifecycle. Keeping employees happy and engaged helps reduce turnover and improves work culture, increases productivity and builds better work relationships.
